ST MARY’S

St Mary’s is a proposed residential development in Swanage, set on the elevated grounds of the former St Mary’s School. With sweeping sea views, mature landscaping and proximity to the Jurassic Coast, the site offers a rare opportunity for high-quality homes in one of Dorset’s most sought-after coastal towns.

Carefully designed to reflect the character of Swanage while making the most of the hillside location, the scheme brings forward a considered mix of homes with strong architectural detailing and natural integration into the landscape.

Task

We were commissioned to produce a full set of property CGI visuals to support the marketing launch of the scheme, following full planning approval. With construction about to begin, the client required high impact, sales focused visuals that would appeal to prospective buyers and clearly communicate the setting, layout and lifestyle on offer.

Our deliverables included:

• 4 Street View CGIs

• 1 Verified Photomontage with panoramic sea view

• 1 3D Site Plan showing the layout, green space and road access

• 4 Single Plot CGIs, highlighting the architectural detail of      individual homes

The brief was to create imagery that felt aspirational and authentic, capable of driving interest across digital platforms, printed brochures and estate agent campaigns.

Outcome

We delivered a cohesive set of CGI marketing assets that captured both the quality of the homes and the unique appeal of the site. The street views offered context and consistency across the development, while the individual plot CGIs brought each home to life with close-up detail, material textures and soft landscaping.

The 3D site plan helped position the homes within their wider context, making it easy for buyers to understand orientation, layout and green space. The photomontage, showing the proposed development from an elevated sea-facing viewpoint, became a standout visual – ideal for hero imagery in brochures and online listings.

These marketing visuals are now central to the off-plan sales campaign, helping to generate early enquiries and set expectations for quality and design.
