MAJORIE HOUSE

Majorie House is a new-build care home development located in a quiet residential area of Poole, just minutes from the harbour and Dorset coastline. Designed with both comfort and dignity in mind, the home will offer high-quality care in an uplifting and thoughtfully planned environment. Once complete, it will provide residential, nursing, and dementia care across multiple wings, all with a strong focus on community, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Task

We were brought on board to create a set of property CGI visuals that would support both investor presentations and early-stage marketing. The brief included:

• 1 Terrace CGI

• 1 Bar & Social Area CGI

• 1 Bedroom CGI

The client needed imagery that would reflect not only the building’s design but also the welcoming, homely feel they aimed to achieve. It was essential that each space communicated warmth, lifestyle, and attention to detail – important emotional cues for prospective residents and their families.

Outcome

Our property CGIs were created to bring Majorie House to life well before doors open. The terrace CGI captures views through the mature trees toward the water, suggesting tranquillity and connection to nature. The bar and social lounge CGI was designed to feel both elegant and inclusive – plenty of natural light, soft furnishings and carefully curated finishes. For the bedroom CGI, we focused on a sense of calm and comfort, blending muted tones with thoughtful design details.

These visuals allowed the developer to market confidently during the pre-completion phase and gave families and future residents an early insight into the environment being created. Whether used online, in brochures or at investor meetings, the CGIs played a key role in shaping perception and interest.
