CHAPMANS YARD RESIDENTS LOUNGE

PROJECT SUMMARY

Chapmans Yard is a stylish new development by Elevate Property Group, set in the heart of Birmingham’s vibrant city centre. This contemporary scheme features a mix of 111 one and two bedroom apartments, designed with urban living in mind. Residents will benefit from smart layouts, modern interiors, and exclusive access to shared amenities, including a private lounge and co-working space.

The development blends industrial character with refined design, catering to professionals looking for both location and lifestyle.

Task

We were brought in to produce two property CGI visuals for the Residents Lounge – a key amenity designed to elevate the lifestyle offering of the development. With build still in progress, the CGIs would help the marketing team convey the look and feel of the space, long before completion.

We worked closely with the interior designer, who supplied detailed mood boards, layout plans and material palettes. These formed the foundation for a carefully crafted visual narrative, ensuring that the CGIs were not just visually appealing, but true to the design intent.

Outcome

The final CGIs showcase two distinct angles of the Residents Lounge. The space is imagined as a warm, refined and social environment – ideal for working, relaxing or entertaining. Textural contrast, ambient lighting, and subtle styling touches were used to bring the space to life, creating the emotional impact needed to connect with potential buyers.

By visualising the designer’s vision with accuracy and style, the property CGIs became a powerful tool in off-plan marketing. They’ve been used across the developer’s website, Knight Frank listings, and sales materials, helping future residents imagine themselves at home.

“These kinds of amenity spaces are more than just rooms – they represent lifestyle, flexibility and added value. Getting the visuals right here was key to the project’s early sales success.” Jenny Rowe – Director at Rowe & Co
